TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     Minimum order amount :

No minimum order value excluding FRAMA Apothecary

FRAMA Apothecary Conditions
- Minimum start-up order value for stockists is 1000 AUD ex GST.
- Minimum re-order value: 500 AUD ex GST.
- Stockists will require a physical retail store.

2.     Minimum Order Quantity : 

All orders will have to meet the MOQs listed in the product page. We will automatically adjust the Order confirmation.

3.     Cost of shipping :

Calculated general shipping rate appears in the checkout. We will contact you to discuss when any special condition apply.
4.     Back-orders :

We take back-orders. When this occurs, our team will get in touch and inform approx.arrival date.
5.     Cancellation of Orders :

Cancellation of orders can only be accepted through email for considerationn. Please contact wholesale@jasonchongue.com

The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE wholesale reserve the right to cancel the order in the following events: a) the buyer has breached one or more of these general Terms & Conditions b) the buyer has been subjected to any insolvency procedure c) the buyer delays payment.

6.     Payments :

Cost of shipping differs depending on the order size and will be confirmed when order is received. Full payment is required prior to shipping. 

If you wish to settle your account via credit card please let us know so we can arrange an online payment option to be sent to you via email. Please note credit card transactions attract a 2.2% surcharge.

All orders placed with The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE are subject to payment terms as stated on Order Confirmation and Invoice.

All goods delivered remain the property of The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE until the buyer has paid the price in full and no other sums whatever shall be due from the buyer to the seller.

The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE will execute their statutory right to charge interest to late-paying clients.

7.     Pricing :

The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE reserves the right to carry out price modifications when necessary without prior notice. If any events arise during the exe- cution of an order, making it difficult to execute according to the fixed provisions or, if these events cause a significant increase in primary costs, The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE will be entitled to terminate the agreement.

8.     Delivery :

Shipping times are excluded from the price list. The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE standard delivery terms will be sent to an agreed address or to a warehouse location and do not include offloading or installation of the goods. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide, at the delivery point, and at the buyer’s expense, adequate and appropriate equipment and manual labour. Whilst The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE will do all within its power to meet delivery dates, it will not be under liability whatsoever for delay in estimated delivery times or failure to deliver for any cause, or from any loss or damages that arise.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks lead time from receipt of payment to despatch of orders, in addition to road transit time depending on your location. This timeframe is an estimate only and can vary depending on demand. 

Pick up from The Plant Society & J.CHONGUE Studio Warehouse is also available.

9.     Returns :

Any returns by the buyer must be agreed in advance by The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE.

10.     Damages :

Any returns of damaged items must be agreed in advance by The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE and will not be accepted unless the goods are in their original packaging.
